Billy Clingman is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1890 to 1903 as Short Stop, 3rd Base, 2nd Base and Outfielder for the Cleveland Naps, the Washington Senators, the Chicago Orphans, the Louisville Colonels, the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Cincinnati Kelly s Killers and the Cincinnati Reds.
