Frank Fennelly is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1884 to 1890 as Short Stop, 3rd Base, Outfielder and 2nd Base for the Brooklyn Gladiators, the Philadelphia Athletics, the Cincinnati Red Stockings and the Washington Nationals.
