Dummy Hoy is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1888 to 1902 as Outfielder and 2nd Base for the Cincinnati Reds, the Chicago White Sox, the Louisville Colonels, the Washington Senators, the St. Louis Browns, the Buffalo Bisons and the Washington Nationals.
