Frank Shugart is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1890 to 1901 as Short Stop, Outfielder, 3rd Base and Catcher for the Chicago White Sox, the Philadelphia Phillies, the Louisville Colonels, the St. Louis Browns, the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Chicago Pirates.
