Jim Finigan is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1954 to 1959 as Short Stop, 3rd Base and 2nd Base for the Baltimore Orioles, the San Francisco Giants, the Detroit Tigers, the Kansas City Athletics and the Philadelphia Athletics.
