Jocko Milligan is a Major League Baseball player. He played in 1884 to 1893 as Catcher, 1st Base, Outfielder and 3rd Base for the New York Giants, the Baltimore Orioles, the Washington Senators, the Philadelphia Athletics and the St. Louis Browns.
